Updates/Fixes:

1. Timestamp shows in long date time format

2. Icons for sidebar menu is changed

3. Docks page UI is changed with each clickable instead of title only

4. Docks have Avatar. (Might not show when single post is opened. that is WIP)

5. Search feature had a bug, fixed that! (Still need to revisit this feature at api end!)

6. Docks Have a description too!

7. Fixed, not able to create post. and Added UI for Post page!

8. Fixed link issue in comments!
